空投腿式缓冲装置有限元法强度优化

摘要 为满足腿式缓冲装置轻量化设计要求,基于有限元理论,运用Python和Abaqus相结合的方法,开展了腿式缓冲装置有限元模型的参数化建模;运用强度设计理论,针对轻量化设计要求,进行了活塞杆直径、活塞直径、活塞厚度、缸体厚度4重优化,得到了最小设计尺寸。该方法对腿式缓冲装置的优化设计具有重要参考价值。 In order to meet the lightweight design requirements of the legged buffer device, based on the finite element theory, the parametric modeling of the finite element model of the legged buffer device is carried out by using the combination of Python and Abaqus. Using the strength design theory, the piston rod diameter, piston diameter, piston thickness and cylinder thickness are optimized for the lightweight design requirements, and the minimum design size is obtained. This method has important reference value for the optimal design of the legged buffer device.
