摘要
为进一步提高卷烟生产区域温湿度控制水平,通过设计一套基于PLC控制的超声波加湿电控系统,优化工艺空调现有加湿控制模式,提高生产区域湿度控制稳定性,尤其是满足过渡季节卷烟工厂生产工艺对湿度的控制精度的要求。
In order to further improve the temperature and humidity control level in the cigarette production area, an ultrasonic humidification electronic control system based on PLC control is designed to optimize the existing humidification control mode of the process air conditioner, and improve the humidity control stability in the production area, especially to meet the requirement of humidity control accuracy of the production process of cigarette factory in transition season.
