摘要 全国煤矿企业发生安全事故中顶板事故最多,顶板事故中有一半的事故是工作面上下安全出口、超前支护工作中引起的,因此综采工作面超前支护对采煤安全管理起着至关重要的作用。采煤工作两巷超前支护的传统方式有单体液压支柱配合铰接顶梁式和巷道超前支架式。在传统超前支护工艺的基础上创新使用了注浆锚索式超前支护,改变了传统超前支护生产模式,提高了工作面生产效率,增加了效益,保证了安全生产,为煤炭行业提供了一种能够保障安全生产的综采工作面超前支护工艺,具有重大的行业推广意义。 The roof accidents occur most in coal mining enterprises in China. Half of the roof accidents are caused by safety exits and advanced support work on the work surface. Therefore, advanced support of fully mechanized mining face plays an important role in coal mining safety management. The traditional ways of advanced support of two roadway in coal mining include single hydraulic prop with hinged roof beam type and advanced support type of roadway. On the basis of the traditional advanced support technology, the grouting anchor type advanced support was used, which changed the traditional advanced support production mode, improved the production efficiency of the working face, increased the efficiency, ensured the safe production, and provided the coal industry with a comprehensive support technology for fully mechanized mining face that can guarantee safe production, so it had great industrial promotion significance.
