摘要
现有一65米高砖混结构烟囱需定向倒塌控制爆破拆除,本文通过设计倒塌方向、切口设计、确定爆破参数和起爆网路设计,实现了烟囱按预定方向倒塌;对于爆破振动、飞石飞溅和塌落振动等危害进行了校核及防护措施,保障了周边建筑物的安全。
A 65-meter-high brick-concrete chimney needs directional collapse and controlled blasting demolition due to energy saving and emission reduction. In this paper, by designing collapse direction, cutting design, determining blasting parameters and detonation network, it achieves the chimney collapses in a predetermined direction;for blasting vibration, flying rocks splashing and collapse vibration hazards, etc, checking and protective measures were carried out to ensure the safety of surrounding buildings.
