摘要
随着经济全球化的推进,创新创业人才的识别与开发已上升到了国家战略的高度。针对创新创业人才选拔问题,本文构建起一套基于创新创业知识、创新创业素质、创新创业意识、创新创业能力四个维度的评价指标体系,并详细阐述了下属8个二级指标和若干三级指标,具有一定理论及现实意义。
With the advancement of the economic globalization, the identification and development of innovative and entrepreneurial talents has risen to the height of national strategy. In this paper, we focus on the selection of innovative entrepreneurs. Aiming at the selection of innovative and entrepreneurial talents, this paper constructs an evaluation index system on basis of four dimensions, such as innovative entrepreneurship knowledge, innovative entrepreneurship quality, innovative entrepreneurship consciousness and innovative entrepreneurship ability, and elaborates eight secondary indicators and some three-level indicators of subordinates in detail, which has certain theoretical and practical significance.
