摘要
在现代互联网流媒体企业的估值是近些年的研究热点,有效的互联网企业价值评估方法正是企业在进行投资决策时缺少的重要工具。所以本文引入以用户数量为重要评估中心的特卡夫估值法。并在梅特卡夫估值模型中结合互联网流媒体企业特点加以修正,从活跃用户、单个用户的贡献量、核心业务、广告收益和平均每月付费用户这些方面切入建立修正模型。
In recent years, the valuation of modern Internet streaming media enterprises has become a research hot spot. Effective valuation methods of Internet enterprises are the important tools that enterprises lack when making investment decisions. Therefore, this paper introduces the Metcalfe's law, which takes the number of users as an important evaluation center. In the Metcalfe's law, the characteristics of Internet Streaming Media Enterprises are combined to modify it. The revised model is established from the aspects of active users, individual users'contribution, core business, advertising revenue and average monthly paid users.
