摘要
集群创新是产业集群重要的内生动力之一,以往的研究多探讨各种影响因素对集群内企业创新有何影响,然而未能深入地揭示相关影响因素的相互作用情况及对创新绩效的作用机制。现有研究表明,企业家的人力资本和个人特性对企业创新的影响不同,但具体的作用机制尚未明确。为此,本文首先对企业家和集群企业创新等相关概念进行了辨析,然后梳理了关于集群企业创新的影响因素及影响作用的文献,最后总结了现有研究的不足。
Cluster innovation is one of the important endogenous drivers of industrial clusters. Previous studies have explored the impact of various factors on enterprise innovation in clusters. However, it has not been revealed that whether and how these factors have mutual effects. Existing research shows that human capital and personal characteristics of entrepreneurs have different effects on corporate innovation, but the precise mechanism is not yet clear. Thus, this article first analyzes some related concepts like entrepreneurs and enterprise innovation, and then reviews and summaries the influencing factors, effects,and shortcoming of existing research on enterprise innovation in cluster.
