螺旋搅拌混合机颗粒混合工艺参数优化研究 被引量:6

摘要 为降低螺旋搅拌混合机工作能耗,提高混合工作效率,该文采用离散元法对糙米颗粒在搅拌仓内的混合特性进行模拟研究,分析了螺旋搅拌混合机转速和填充率对混合程度与能耗的影响,并应用SigmaPlot软件分析处理数据,应用1stOpt软件采用麦夸特法与通用全局优化法拟合填充率与能耗的数学关系,并建立了能耗模型。结果表明:颗粒的混合均匀是在扩散运动、同向运动、交叉运动、剪切运动的共同作用下完成的;随着转速的增长,颗粒混合均匀所需时间减少,终了混合度增加,且90 r/min时所需能耗最少;填充率越小,颗粒混合速度越快,并随着填充率的提高能耗增加,建立的数学模型能准确表征填充率与能耗的关系。研究结果可为糙米螺旋搅拌机工艺参数优化提供理论依据,也为其他颗粒工艺参数优化提供参考。 In order to reduce the energy consumption and improve the mixing efficiency of the screw mixer,in this paper,the mixing characteristics of brown rice particles in the mixing bin were simulated by the discrete element method,and the effects of the rotational speed and filling rate of the screw mixer on the mixing degree and energy consumption were analyzed.The data were analyzed and processed by SigmaPlot software,Using 1stOpt software,the mathematical relationship between filling rate and energy consumption was fitted by Levenberg-Marquardt and general global optimization method,and the energy consumption model was established.The results showed that the mixing uniformity of particles is accomplished under the combined action of diffusion motion,co-direction motion,crisscross motion and shear motion;With the increase of rotational speed,the time required for uniform particle mixing decreases,the final mixing degree increases,and the energy consumption is minimum at 90 r/min;The smaller the filling rate,the faster the particle mixing speed.With the increase of filling rate,the energy consumption increases.The mathematical model can accurately characterize the relationship between filling rate and energy consumption.The research results can provide theoretical basis for the optimization of technological parameters of brown rice spiral mixer,and also provide reference for the optimization of other granular technological parameters.
