玉米皮发酵饲料对猪生长性能、肉品质的影响及经济效益分析 被引量:18

摘要 试验旨在研究在基础日粮中添加玉米皮发酵饲料对猪生长性能、肉品质的影响,对其经济效益进行分析,探讨在猪日粮中玉米皮发酵饲料适宜的替代量。试验选用平均体重为(20±1.25)kg长白猪72头,随机分为三个处理组(对照组、试验组1、试验组2),每个组24头。试验组1、试验组2分别用10%、20%的玉米皮发酵饲料替代基础日粮,猪只体重达100 kg,试验结束。结果表明,试验组1和试验组2饲喂天数分别为98 d和94 d,经济收益分别从223.26元增加到248.52元和286.56元,毛利率为25%和29%,用20%的玉米皮发酵饲料代替基础日粮的效果最佳。试验证明:玉米皮发酵饲料不但质地柔软、带有醇香、酸香味、适口性好、增加采食量,而且还可以提高猪体的免疫能力,促进猪体的生长,提高猪胴体的性能,改善猪肉的品质,提高饲料的利用率,降低饲养成本,减少或替代抗生素的用量,有效提高生猪养殖的经济效益。 The purpose of this experiment is to study the effect of adding corn peel fermentation feed to the basic diet on the growth performance and meat quality of pigs,and to analyze the economic benefits of corn peel fermentation feed in pig diet.In the test,the average weight of the pigs was(20±1.25)kg,72 heads,and they were randomly divided into three treatment groups(control group,test group 1,and test group 2).Each group had 24 heads.Test group 1 and test group 2 replaced the basic daily grains with 10%and 20%of corn skin fermentation feeds respectively.The pigs weighed 100 kg and the test was over.The results showed that the feeding days of test group 1 and test group 2 were 98 days and 94 days respectively,the economic returns increased from 223.26 yuan to 248.52 yuan and 286.56 yuan,respectively,the gross profit rate was 25%and 29%,and the use of 20%corn skin fermented feed was the best.The experiment proved that the corn skin fermentation feed not only has soft texture,mellow aroma,sour flavor,good mouthiness,and increased intake,but also improves the immunity of the pig body,promotes the growth of the pig body,improves the performance of the pig carcass,and improves the quality of pork.Improve the utilization rate of feed,reduce the cost of feeding,reduce or replace the amount of antibiotics,and effectively improve the economic benefits of pig breeding.
