摘要
火电机组锅炉管道焊缝在基建期间超声波检测执行的标准同机组投产后监督检验以及维修中执行的标准不相同,而且2个标准对缺陷的评级也存在一定的差异,易造成新安装机组遗留超标安装缺陷的现象。为了避免出现此类问题,对2个标准进行了分析研究,并对火电基建期间锅炉管道焊缝超声波验收标准提出了建议,避免出现锅炉管道焊缝遗留超标缺陷带病运行的问题。
The ultrasonic testing standards adopted for boiler pipe welding during the construction of thermal power units are different from those implemented in the supervision, inspection and maintenance of the units after operation. Moreover, there are certain differences in the rating of defects between the two standards, which may easily cause that sub-standard installation defects are left over by the newly installed units. In order to avoid such problems, the two standards are analyzed, and opinions are put forward on the ultrasonic testing acceptance standards of boiler pipe welding during the construction of thermal power plant so as to avoid the problem of boiler pipeline welding sub-standard defects left over and the problem of operation with defects.
