摘要 药盒的生产过程中,常采用多股道传送带进行药盒传送,在传送过程中往往因为摩擦力等原因造成药盒拥堵。因此,为了实现药盒拥堵情况的实时检测,本文进行基于机器视觉技术的传送带药盒拥堵检测系统的设计与研究。通过对工业生产图像的特征采集和分析,设计基于边缘检测技术的药盒定位策略和基于灰度取反的空位识别策略,完成动态背景下的药盒与传送带的空位检测,设计拥堵检测策略和拥堵均衡策略,规划药盒调配路线,解决了传送带拥堵问题。 In the production process of the medicine box, the multi-belt conveyor belt is often used for the delivery of the medicine box, and the congested condition of the medicine box is often occur caused by friction and the other reasons during the process of transportation. Therefore, in order to achieve real-time detection of medicine box congestion, this paper carries out the research and design of the congestion detection system on the conveyor belt based on machine vision technology. Through the collection and analysis of features for industrial production images, the cartridge positioning strategy based on edge detection technology and the vacancy recognition strategy based on gray-scale inversion are designed. And then, the vacancy detection of the kit and the conveyor belt under dynamic background is completed. Finally, this paper designs box congestion detection strategy and congestion balancing strategy, plans the kit deployment route, and solves the conveyor congestion problem.
