针灸对脑瘫患儿短时记忆功能、视力及脑电图的影响

EFFECTS OF ACUPUNCTURE THERAPY ON SHORT-TERM MEMORY FUNCTION, VISUAL FUNCTION AND ELECTROENCEPHALOGRAM IN CHILDREN WITH CEREBRAL PALSY

目的:探讨针灸对脑瘫患儿短时记忆功能、视力及脑电图的影响。方法:选取四川省达州市中西医结合医院康复医学科2018年1月至2019年1月收治的110例脑瘫患儿,性别不限,年龄6~12岁。按随机数字表法,分为常规治疗组和联合针灸组,每组55例。常规治疗组行常规治疗,包括药物治疗和手法治疗,联合针灸组在常规治疗的基础上行针灸治疗。治疗3个月后对比两组患儿短时记忆功能、视力、治疗有效率及脑电图的变化。其中短时记忆功能以脑瘫儿童综合功能评定表中的认知部分评定,视力功能以标准视力表测定,治疗有效率以脑瘫儿童综合功能评定表总分变化进行评定。治疗中观察两组不良反应。结果:治疗3个月后,联合针灸组患儿短时记忆功能得分为(12.2±2.1)分,视力水平为(4.8±0.3),常规治疗组短时记忆功能得分为(9.2±2.3)分,视力水平为(4.5±0.2),差异均具有统计学意义(t=18.054、13.225,P=0.013、0.026)。治疗后,联合针灸组脑电图异常率为21.8%(12/55例),常规治疗组为52.7%(29/55例),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合针灸组有效率明显高于常规治疗组(94.5%比72.7%,χ^2=12.259,P=0.034)。两组患者治疗过程中均未见明显不良反应。结论:针灸可以提升脑瘫患儿短时记忆功能及视力水平,并降低脑电图异常率。

Objective: To explore the effects of acupuncture therapy on short-term memory function, visual function and electroencephalogram (EEG) in children with cerebral palsy.Methods: A total of 110 children with cerebral palsy admitted to Dazhou Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019,both of sexes,6-12 years old,were randomly divided into conventional treatment group and combined acupuncture therapy group,55 cases in each group.The patients received routine treatment in conventional treatment group,including drug and manipulation therapy,acupuncture treatment on the basis of routine treatment in combined acupuncture therapy group.The short-term memory function,visual acuity,efficacy and changes of electroencephalogram were compared between the two groups at 3 months after the treatment.The short-term memory function was assessed by the cognitive part of the comprehensive functional assessment scale for children with cerebral palsy,the visual function was measured by the standard visual acuity scale,and the efficacy was assessed by the change of the total score of the comprehensive functional assessment scale for children with cerebral palsy.The adverse reactions were observed during the treatment.Results: The scores of short-term memory function and visual acuity were (12.2±2.1) and (4.8±0.3) in combined acupuncture therapy group at 3 months after the treatment,(9.2±2.3) and (4.5±0.2) respectively in conventional treatment group (t =18.054 and 13.225,P =0.013 and 0.026).The abnormal rate of EEG was 21.8%(12/55 cases) in combined acupuncture therapy group and 52.7%(29/55 cases) in conventional treatment group,with statistical difference (P <0.05).The effective rate was significantly higher in combined acupuncture therapy group than that in conventional treatment group (94.5% vs.72.7%,χ^2=12.259,P =0.034).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the course of treatment in both groups. Conclusion: Acupuncture therapy can improve the short-term memory function and visual acuity,and reduce the abnormal rate of EEG.
