摘要
睡眠纺锤波是正常人浅-中度睡眠脑电图的一种表现,随着睡眠深浅的变化而改变。睡眠纺锤波可以作为检测中枢神经机能正常与否的一个指标,对评估大脑发育与脑功能有重要意义。现就睡眠纺锤波的分型、和疾病的关系以及异常发生机制进行综述。
Sleep spindle wave is a manifestation of shallow-to-moderate sleep electroencephalogram in normal people,which changes with the change of sleep depth.Sleep spindle wave can be used as an index to check whether the central nervous system function is normal or not.It is important to evaluate brain development and brain function.This article reviews the classification of sleep spindles,the relationship between sleep spindles and diseases,and the mechanism of abnormal occurrence.
