考虑客户感知价值的生鲜农产品配送中心选址研究 被引量:1

摘要 由于社会经济的快速发展,人们美好生活的要求越来越高,然而与其密切相关的生鲜农产品面临着配送延迟、新鲜度质量下降严重、物流成本高等严峻问题,这些问题导致客户对冷链企业缺乏信任感,制约了冷链物流的发展。因此,发展与生鲜农产品相对应的冷链物流变得至关重要。文章以消费者购买生鲜农产品时存在的感官评价行为、物流服务5R原则中恰当的时间和恰当的质量、货架期预测模型、感知价值理论为关键点,构建新鲜度质量、配送时效感知价值最大、物流成本最小的选址模型。 Due to the rapid development of social economy,people are increasingly demanding a better life,but closely related with the decrease of the quality of the fresh agricultural products facing the delivery delay,freshness serious,high logistics costs,serious problems.These problems lead to customers on the cold chain enterprises lack of trust,restricted the development of cold chain logistics.Therefore,it is very important to develop cold chain logistics corresponding to fresh agricultural products.Therefore,this paper takes the sensory evaluation behavior existing when consumers buy fresh agricultural products,the appropriate time and quality in the 5R principle of logistics service,the shelf life prediction model and the perceived value theory as the key points to construct the site selection model with the maximum freshness quality,the maximum perceived value of delivery time and the minimum logistics cost.
