地方本科高校应用型物流管理人才培养模式创新研究

Research on Innovation of Cultivation Mode of Application-oriented Logistics Management Talents in Local Colleges and Universities

由于应用型本科物流管理专业人才培养具有较强的特殊性,地方本科高校需创新人才培养模式来培养高素质的应用型物流管理人才。文章围绕“培养什么样的人才”、“讲授什么样的内容”和“采用什么样的教学方式”三个问题创新地方本科高校应用型物流管理人才培养模式。地方高校需结合区域产业环境来明确专业人才培养定位,培育物流管理专业特色,并在此基础上设置科学的课程体系,采用“以学生为中心”教学模式,通过深层次的校企合作来加强企业实践教学。

As the training of application-oriented undergraduate logistics management professionals has strong particularity,local colleges and universities need to innovate the training mode to train high-quality application-oriented logistics management talents.This paper innovates the training mode of around three issues:“what kind of talents to train”,“what kind of content to teach”and“what kind of teaching patterns to adopt”.Local colleges and universities should clarify the training goal orientation and cultivate the characteristics of logistics management major combining with the regional industrial environment.On this basis,they should set up a scientific curriculum system,adopt the“student-centered”teaching mode,and strengthen enterprise practice teaching through deeper school-enterprise cooperation.
