几种具有植物生长调节功能的化合物对马铃薯内在品质调控研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了探讨几种具有植物生长调节功能的化合物对马铃薯生长的作用,采用不同浓度的化合物对马铃薯种子进行处理,在育苗盆中育苗,以清水处理为对照,研究了山梨酰胺水剂、山梨季铵盐水剂、肉桂酰胺水剂、肉桂酰胺季铵盐水剂、萘酐酰胺水剂、萘酐季铵盐水剂(质量分数均为5%)对马铃薯内在品质的影响。结果表明,上述6种水剂的400倍液和800倍液对马铃薯幼苗叶片中的叶绿素、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、游离氨基酸等成分的含量均有不同程度的提高,对马铃薯成熟块茎中的淀粉含量也有不同程度的提高。萘酐系列、肉桂系列及山梨系列化合物的水剂对马铃薯具有很强的促长提质作用。 In order to explore the effects of several compounds with plant growth regulation function on potato growth, potato seeds were treated with different concentrations of these compounds, seedlings were raised in seedling pots. Sorbamide aqueous solution AS, quaternary ammonium sorbate AS, cinnamide AS, quaternary ammonium cinnamide AS, naphthalene anhydride acyl AS, and naphthalic anhydride quaternary ammonium salt AS (each mass fraction was 5%) were used to study the effects on the internal quality of potato, with water as the control. The results showed that the six kinds of aqueous solution improved the chlorophyll, soluble protein, soluble sugar, and free amino acid in potato seedling leaves at 400 and 800 times of solution. The starch content in mature potato tubers was also increased in varying degrees. Naphthalic anhydride series, cinnamon series and sorbite series of compounds played a strong role in promoting the growth and quality of potatoes.
