CBA外援政策演变及其对联赛发展的影响研究

A study on the CBA foreign aid policy evolution and influence to the league development

采用文献资料法、录像观察法,对CBA外援政策演变及其对联赛发展的影响进行研究,结果表明:CBA外援在提高比赛观赏性、提升CBA品牌价值、加大CBA市场竞争力和影响力等方面有积极作用,但在管理制度、培养国内后备球员、经营风险、文化传播等方面形成一定的阻碍。为此建议完善引援机制、实现管办分离、控制外援上场时间,找到提升观赏性和促进国内球员发展之间的平衡点,以提高我国竞技篮球的发展。

By using the methods of document and video observation,this paper studies the evolution of CBA foreign aid policy and influence to the league development.The result shows that CBA foreign aid has positive effects on enhancing the ornamental value,brand value,market competitiveness and influence and so on,but has some obstacles in management system,domestic reserve players training,operational risk and cultural transmission etc.So,it provides some suggestions to complete foreign aid policy,separate management and governance,control foreign aid’s playing time at last stage,find the balance of promoting ornamental value and facilitating domestic players’development,to enhance the development of competitive basketball in China.
