摘要
运用文献资料法对外泌体在运动干预下的免疫功能进行综述,以期了解外泌体免疫应答机理,旨在为运动干预下外泌体免疫应答提供理论支持。结果显示:外泌体作为细胞与细胞间通讯的重要媒介,通过携带的蛋白质、脂质等物质运输广泛参与免疫调节、血管形成、基因调控、细胞分化、损伤与修复等多种生理过程;运动作为一种可以增强机体免疫调节的良性刺激在免疫应答中与外泌体的分泌存在某种联系,运动干预下外泌体调控机体的免疫应答,其机制可能是外泌体释放相应运动因子介导,使机体免疫力提高,因此,运动干预下外泌体的免疫应答或为机体免疫病提供潜在靶点。
By using the method of docnment,the immune function of exosome under exercise intervention was summarized in order to understand the mechanism of exosome immune response and provide theoretical support for exosome immune response under exercise intervention.The result shows:exosome acts as an important communication medium for cell-to-cell,which participates in various physiological progresses include immune regulation,angiogenesis,gene regulation,cell differentiation,injury and repair through carrying protein and lipid etc..Exercise serves as an optimal stimulation to strengthen immune regulation in body which has some kind of connection between immune response and secretion of exosome.Exosome regulates immune response of body under exercise intervention;its mechanism may be mediated by the release of corresponding motility factors in exosome,which can improve the immunity of body.Therefore,the immune response of exosome under exercise intervention is likely to provide potential targets for immune diseases of body.This paper reviews the immune function of exosome under exercise intervention to understand the immune response mechanism of exosome for providing theoretical support to immune response of exosome under exercise intervention.
