不同久坐少动间断行为对人体能量消耗影响的研究 被引量:2

A study on the influence of different sedentary intermittent behaviors to human body energy consumption

摘要 目的:从能量消耗的角度评估不同久坐少动间断行为之间的差异,为久坐行为运动干预提供实证依据。方法:22名受试者(男12名,女10名)按照实验要求分为5个阶段进行测试。阶段间隔5min,受试者先静坐15min(阶段a),完成基准线的数据测试,接着依次完成站立(阶段b)、站坐转换(阶段c)、行走(阶段d)和全身伸展活动(阶段e)四种间断行为的测试,间断行为是在15min静坐期间内进行2min的身体活动。运用方差分析比较间断行为增加的能量消耗与心率的差异性,比较性别与不同活动之间的交互效应。结果:站立、站坐转换、行走、全身伸展活动的总能量消耗与基线数据相比具有非常显著差异(p<0.01);间断行为中男生的能耗显著高于女生;性别与不同间断行为之间存在交互效应(p=0.005);四种间断行为之间心率变化具有显著性差异(p<0.001)。结论:四种间断行为中全身伸展活动增加的能量消耗最大,站坐转换、步行次之,站立最小;站坐转换和全身伸展活动能更加有效的间断久坐行为。 Objective:this paper evaluates the distinction of different sedentary intermittent behaviors from energy consumption to provide empirical evidence for sedentary behavior intervention.Method:22 subjects(12 males,10 females)were distributed to 5 stages to test according to experimental requirement.The intervals are 5 minutes,firstly,subjects should sit last 15 minutes(stage a)and finish the statistical test of baseline,then achieve the interval behavior tests in sequence of standing(stage b),standing-sitting switch(stage c),walking(stage d)and stretching exercise of the whole body(stage e),interval behavior is body exercise which lasts 2 minutes during the 15 minutes sitting.The paper uses variance analysis to compare the difference of interval behavior increases energy consumption and heart rate,and contrasts the interaction effect of gender and different exercises.Result:the total consumption of standing,standing-sitting switch and stretching exercise of the whole body has very significant difference that compares baseline statistics(P<0.01),male consumption is higher than female of interval behavior,gender shows interaction effect with different intermittent behavior(P=0.005),heart rate change has evident difference between the four intermittent behaviors(P<0.001).Conclusion:of the four intermittent behaviors,energy consumption of stretching exercise of the whole body is the largest,standingsitting switch and walking are second,standing is the least,standing-sitting witch and stretching exercise of the whole body are more beneficial to sedentary intermittent behaviors.
