浅析信号片在射箭运动中的作用及与继续用力的关系

A brief analysis of the function of signal plate in archery and its relationship with continuous exertion

运用文献资料法、专家访谈法,对射箭运动中信号片的作用、继续用力的特点以及信号片与继续用力之间的关系进行分析,阐述信号片时机、继续用力受心理定向的影响,以期为我国射箭运动员合理使用信号片,进而不断提高竞技水平提供参考。

By using the methods of literature materials and expert interviews,this paper analyzes the function of the signal plate,the characteristics of continuous exertion and the relationship between the signal plate and continuous exertion,and analyzes the influence of the signal plate on the psychological orientation,so as to provide references for Chinese archers to use the signal plate reasonably and improve the level of competition continuously.
