摘要
介绍了在动力学软件adams中对于接触和摩擦的分析与处理,并基于Adams软件建立具有BSG的附件带传动系统的虚拟样机模型,对多楔带的动态特性进行初步分析,得到了皮带带轮的接触力、皮带的横向振动、张紧臂的摆动角度等一系列动态参数。通过分析,结果表明通过建立虚拟样机模型来对BSG附件带传动系统是完全有效的,为进一步进行优化改进提供有效的理论依据。
The analysis and processing of contact and friction in dynamics software adams is introduced.The virtual prototype model of accessory belt drive system with BSG is established based on Adams software.The dynamic characteristics of multi-ribbed belt are analyzed and a series of dynamic parameters such as the contact force of the belt pulley,the lateral vibration of the belt,and the swing angle of the tension arm are obtained.Through analysis,the results show that the BSG accessory belt drive system is completely effective by establishing a virtual prototype model,which provides an effective theoretical basis for further optimization and improvement.
