船用柴油机综合性能考核体系研究

Study on the Comprehensive Performance Examination System of Marine Diesel Engine

为科学合理地评估船用柴油机的动力性和经济性,提出了表征柴油机实际工作过程中完成能量转换数量和效率的关键性能指标,深入分析了各项指标的含义及对柴油机整机性能的影响,搭建了综合性能考核体系并针对各项性能指标探究了考核试验方法。提出的考核体系具有较强的科学性和准确性,为船用柴油机综合性能的评估奠定了理论基础。

In order to evaluate the power and economy performance of marine diesel engine scientifically and reasonably,the key performance indexes to characterize the quantity and efficiency of energy conversion in the actual working process of diesel engine were put forward.The meaning of each index and its influence on the performance of diesel engine were analyzed deeply.The comprehensive performance examination system was built and the examination method was explored according to each performance index.The proposed examination system was scientific and accurate,which laid a theoretical foundation for the evaluation of the comprehensive performance of marine diesel engines.
