摘要
针对挖掘机伸缩臂设计问题,在详细设计伸缩臂的基础上,设计了伸缩油缸、滑块及导轨的结构,对支撑部件进行了设计和校核。在满足挖掘机动态运行下结构可靠性和安全性要求的同时,降低其零部件的重量。合理的轻量化设计不仅能减少用材降低企业成本,减少了消耗节约了能源,从而为市场和社会提供更有效地节能产品。
Aiming at the design of telescopic arm of excavator,the structure of telescopic cylinder,slider and guide rail is designed on the basis of detailed design of telescopic arm,and the supporting parts are designed and checked.While satisfying the structural reliability and safety requirements of excavator under dynamic operation,the weight of its components is reduced.Reasonable lightweight design can not only reduce the cost of materials,reduce consumption and save energy,so as to provide more effective energy-saving products for the market and society.
