基于社区治理的社区教育运行机制研究——以上海长宁社区学院为例

Research on the Operation Mechanism of Community Education Based on Community Governance——Taking Shanghai Changning Community College as an Example

社区作为国家和社会紧密联系的纽带,是推进学习型城市建设,促进社会稳定的重要支柱。社区教育和社区治理是社区发展两大主题,二者密切相关。推动社区教育融入社区治理,需要构建社区教育的运行机制。上海作为社区教育起步较早的地区,在我国社区教育与社区治理中发挥了龙头模范作用。以上海长宁社区学院为例,从动力和需求机制、决策和保障机制、激励和评价机制、学习平台和资源机制四方面分析探讨其运行机制及成效,并为我国社区教育运行机制的构建提出建议。

As a close link between the country and society,community is an important pillar to promote the construction of learning city and promote social stability.Community education and community governance,as two major themes of community development,are closely related to each other.Promoting the integration of community education into community governance requires community education to build its operating mechanism.Shanghai as a community education in our country started earlier,and community education and community governance in our country has played a leading role.In this paper,taking Shanghai Changning community college as an example,from the dynamic and demand mechanism,decision-making and the safeguard mechanism,incentive and evaluation mechanisms,learning platform and resources four aspects analyzes its operational mechanism and effects.In addition,put forward some strategies for the construction of community education mechanism of our country.
