社会老龄化背景下农村老年教育的现状及策略

The Status and Strategy of Rural Old-age Education Under the Background of Social Aging

近年来,我国越来越重视老年教育,大中城市的老年教育迅速发展,而农村老年教育发展状况却不容乐观,特别是在我国社会老龄化趋势愈发严重的背景下,农村老年教育依然停留在满足农村老年人的基本生活需求上。开展的老年教育活动往往不是农村老年人喜闻乐见的形式,使得本就内容单一、形式单调的农村老年教育更加无法满足他们的需求。探索农村老年教育的困境与出路,提出相关策略改善农村老年教育现状及问题,从而形成具有中国特色的农村老年教育新格局。

In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the education for the aged,especially in the large and medium-sized cities.By contrast,the development of rural elderly education is not optimistic,especially in the context of the increasingly serious aging trend of our society.Education for the aged in rural areas has not been paid much attention to and still remains to meet the basic living needs of the aged in rural areas.Even if the elderly education is opened,it is not a popular form for the elderly in rural areas,which makes the simple content and monotonous form of education for the elderly in rural areas more unable to meet the spiritual needs of the elderly in rural areas.This paper explores the dilemma and outlet of rural elderly education,and puts forward relevant strategies to solve the current situation and problems of rural elderly education,so as to form a new pattern of rural elderly education with Chinese characteristics.
