摘要 近年来,高校与ACCA合作开设全日制方向班成为提高人才培养质量、创新本科教育模式的一种有效途径。院校在相关专业人才培养方案中嵌入ACCA专业课程,旨在将学生培养成具有国际竞争力的高端财会人才。然而,在方向班快速发展的过程中出现应试教育与学历教育冲突等问题,不利于学生综合素质和职业竞争力的提升。在参考有关院校人才培养成果的基础上,对ACCA方向班会计人才培养模式进行改革创新,提出“四位一体”创新模式,以优化人才培养流程,提高人才培养质量。 In recent years,the cooperation between universities and ACCA to set up full-time classes has become an effective way to improve the quality of cultivating talents and then the mode of undergraduate education has been innovated.By embedding ACCA courses in relevant professional talents cultivation programs,universities aim to cultivate students into internationally competitive high-end financial talents.However,in the process of rapid development of ACCA class,there are some problems,such as the conflict between examination-oriented education and academic education,which is not in line with the goal of talents cultivation,or is not conducive to the improvement of students’comprehensive quality and professional competitiveness.Based on the experiences of some other colleges and universities in talents cultivation,this research carries on the reform and innovation to the cultivating model of accounting talents in ACCA class,and puts forward the“Four in one”innovation model in order to optimize the talent cultivating process and improve the quality of talents.
