单孔与传统腹腔镜手术治疗单纯性肾囊肿疗效的Meta分析

Single-incision versus conventional laparoscopy for renal cyst:a meta-analysis

目的:比较单孔与传统腹腔镜手术治疗肾囊肿的临床疗效。方法:计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据、维普学术、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、PubMed及Embase等数据库,收集单孔与传统腹腔镜手术治疗肾囊肿的国内外文献,检索时限从建库至2019年3月,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行数据分析。结果:共12篇文献、938例肾囊肿患者符合纳入标准,其中单孔腹腔镜组469例,传统腹腔镜组469例。Meta分析结果显示,单孔组较传统组术中出血少,住院时间短,两组术后并发症、手术时间差异无统计学意义。结论:中国人群单孔腹腔镜手术治疗肾囊肿的临床效果优于传统腹腔镜,值得临床推广;但由于未取得临床随机对照研究的英文文献,对于欧美人群,单孔腹腔镜治疗肾囊肿是否具有相同疗效,仍需进一步研究证实。

Objective:To compare the clinical effect between single-incision laparoscopy and traditional laparoscopy in the operation of renal cyst.Methods:Databases including CNKI,wanfang data,weipu academy,CBM,PubMed and Embase were retrieved by computer,and all domestic and foreign literature on single-incision laparoscopy and traditional laparoscopy in the treatment of renal cysts were collected.The retrieval time was from the beginning of the database establishment to Mar.2019.RevMan5.3 software was used for data analysis.Results:A total of 12 articles and 938 renal cyst patients met the inclusion criteria,including 469 cases in the single-incision laparoscopic group and 469 cases in the traditional laparoscopic group.Meta analysis results showed that compared with the traditional laparoscopic group,the single-incision laparoscopic group had less intraoperative blood loss and shorter hospital stay,whereas postoperative complications and operation time between the two groups did not differ significantly.Conclusions:The clinical effect of single-incision laparoscopic treatment of renal cyst in Chinese patients is superior to the traditional laparoscopy,and single-incision laparoscopic surgery for renal cyst is worthy of clinical promotion.However,this paper dose not obtain clinical randomized control study in English.Whether the single-incision laparoscopic treatment for renal cyst of the European and American patients has the same therapeutic effect or not still deserves further study.
