朱熹“权”说论辨

摘要 朱熹之权说是在对汉儒及程颐“权”思想批判、继承基础上理论建构的,可谓最具思辨性,也最具体系性。朱熹对权与义、权与中、权与道之论析提升了权作为一个范畴的理论深度,但囿于其理学体系的逻辑架构,他为行“权”限设了几乎难以达致的标准,导致产生了诸多的消极面向。 The "Judgment"of ZHU Xi was formed based on criticizing and inheriting the "Judgment"of Confucian scholarsin the Han Dynasty and CHENG Yi. It is speculative and systematic. ZHU Xi’s analysis of Judgment and Righteousness,Righteousness and the Doctrine of the Mean,Judgment and Law of Nature enhanced the theoretical depth of the "Judgment"as a category. But ZHU Xi was confined to his logical structure of Neo-Confucianism principle,he set unattainable criterion for using "Judgment"resulting in generating many negative impact.
