关于员工安全行为研究综述与启示

Review of Research on Employee Safety Behavior

围绕员工安全行为,学者们贡献了大量的研究成果,为更好地为后续的研究指明方向,采用逻辑推理方法和文献计量学方法对已有的员工安全行为研究成果进行了综述。结果表明:当前员工安全行为的研究重应用轻基础、重历史轻行为、重控制轻解释;未来的研究方向应在锁定员工安全行为的基础上,关注书面理论的逻辑推理和现场基础安全行为数据的收集,这些工作虽耗时耗力,但都具有更深远的科研意义。

Scholars have contributed a lot to the employee safety behavior.In order to direct the following research to some extent,this paper uses logical reasoning and metrology methods to comprehensively consider the research results of employee safety behavior.The results show that the current research emphasizes application over foundation,history over behavior,control over interpretation.So the future research direction should be based on the employee safety behavior,both in written theoretical logical reasoning and the data collection of site basic safety behavior,which are time-consuming and labor-intensive,but have great scientific significance.
