摘要
研究了日照温度分布对预制U型梁应力的影响。运用ANSYS有限元分析软件,计算了对济南某轨道交通预制U型梁在温度荷载下的应力,并与其实际监测数据进行了对比,分析了基于温度场的轨道交通预制U型梁应变情况及预制U型梁梁芯和表层的升温或降温规律。研究结果表明:日照温度分布在预制U型梁内部产生了较大的温度应力,温度荷载(特别是极值气象条件下)使预制U型梁内部产生的拉应力是引起混凝土开裂的重要因素。
The effect of sunshine temperature on the stress of prefabricated U-beams under extreme weather conditions is studied. Using ANSYS finite element analysis software, the stress of prefabricated U-beams under temperature load is analyzed and calculated, and the strain of prefabricated U-beams based on temperature field is analyzed by comparing the actual monitoring data of a prefabricated U-beams in Jinan rail transit. The results show that temperature loads (especially extreme weather conditions) cause large temperature stresses in prefabricated U-beams, which can not be ignored on the structure of prefabricated U-beams. It is an important cause of concrete cracking.
