摘要 对应用于大跨度斜拉桥的宽幅箱梁长孔道腹板弯曲束进行了管道摩阻试验研究,介绍了管道摩阻试验的原理,并利用最小二乘法对k和μ进行了求解。结合工程实际,对管道摩阻进行了现场测试,建立了有限元分析模型,并对k和μ进行了参数敏感性分析。将截面应力、挠度及弯矩与其设计值进行了对比分析。研究结果表明:实测的管道摩阻系数对斜拉桥成桥状态有影响量,为施工监控提供参考。 Study on the pipe friction of bending beams of wide box beams with long-span cable-stayed bridges is experimented. The principle of pipeline friction test is introduced. k and μ is solved by least squares method. Combined with actual engineering, the pipe friction is tested in the field, a finite element model is builded. A parameter sensitivity is analysis for k and μ. The section stress, deflection and bending moment are compared with the design values. The results show that the influence of friction coefficient of the pipeline on the bridged state of the cable-stayed bridge was illustrated, which can provide a reference for construction monitoring.
