工业机器人切削加工工作站设计与任务仿真 被引量:12

Design and task simulation of automatic machining workstation for industrial robot

摘要 以现场总线DeviceNet和工业机器人的集成应用为基础,在RobotStudio中模拟布局一种用于自动切削加工的工业机器人工作站,结合SolidWorks设计并构建工作站相关组件,基于DeviceNet建立工作站组件的通信及I/O信号配置,进行切削加工离线编程和仿真实验。结果表明,所建立的机器人切削加工工作站能够根据离线编程实现切削加工。该工作站的建立有助于提高切削加工的效率,缩短项目实施周期,减少机器人现场调试的时间,为高效率、高精度的切削场合提供一种技术解决方案。 An automatic machining workstation for industrial robotics was simulated in RobotStudio based on the integrated application of fieldbus DeviceNet and an industrial robot.The related components of workstation were designed and constructed using the three-dimensional modeling function of SolidWorks.The communication and I/O signal configuration of workstation components were established on the basis of DeviceNet.The off-line programming was carried out and the simulation experiments were conducted in the constructed workstation.The results showed that the machining workstation was able to realize cutting process according to the off-line programming.The establishment of this workstation helps to improve the efficiency of cutting,shorten the project implementation cycle,reduce the time for robotic on-site commissioning,and provide a technical solution for high-efficiency and high-precision cutting applications.
