摘要
针对中小工件多段式淬火加工的特点,讨论了淬火加工单元的自动化设计思路和方案,可实现送料、上料、多部位淬火、下料整个过程的全自动化运行;进而讨论了组成生产线的若干个单元的信息化技术应用,可实现多个单元的集中监控管理功能和计划管理功能。通过实际设计、研制和生产应用,证明设计方案有效,实际应用效果好,对类似生产过程装备的自动化、信息化应用设计具有参考意义。
According to the features of multi-segment quenching process for small and medium-sized parts,the idea and scheme of automatic design of quenching machining unit are discussed.The whole process of feeding,loading,quenching and unloading can be fully automated.Then the application of information technology in several units of production line is discussed.To realize the centralized monitoring and management function and plan management function of multiple units.The design scheme is proved to be effective through actual design,development and production application.and have good pratical application.It is of reference to the automation and information application design of similar production process equipment.
