摘要
针对动力卡盘在高速状态下夹持力下降问题,提出了新的摆爪式卡盘结构。通过建模分析、结构试验和实体验证,该卡盘在卡紧工件时,卡爪产生的离心力与摇臂离心力反向抵消,高速状态下卡盘夹持力不被削弱,反而可以增强。另外,该卡盘还可以设有卡爪伸缩、中心顶尖以及顶尖浮动等功能。
Aiming at the problem of reducing the holding force of power chuck at high speed,a new swing-claw chuck structure is put forward.Through modeling analysis,structural test and physical verification,the centrifugal force produced by the chuck claw and the centrifugal force of rocker arm counteract in reverse when the chuck clamps the workpiece,and the chuck holding force can be strengthened instead of weakened at high speed.In addition,the chuck can also have the functions of claw expansion,center top and top floating.
