摘要
为缓解生产压力,设计了刨台铣加工转子枞树型叶根槽用中心架。为验证设计可靠性,本文采用有限元软件ANSYS Workbench建立了中心架整体的有限元模型,并进行了静力学分析和有预应力的模态分析,得到了应力分布、变形情况,以及前六阶固有频率和振型。结果表明:中心架的刚度、强度和振动稳定性符合设计要求。
In order to relieve production pressure,a center frame used for fir-tree type slot fabrication is designed.To verify the reliability of the designing,the whole center frame finite element model is established by the software ANSYS Workbench.And the static analysis and modal analysis with prestress are carried out,which gives the stress distribution,deformation condition,the fisrt six natural frequencies and mode shapes.The results show that the stiffness,strength and vibration stability of the center frame meet the design requirements.
