前臂皮瓣与股前外侧皮瓣用于口腔颌面部缺损修复中的对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Forearm Flap and Anterolateral Thigh Flap in the Reconstruction of Oral and Maxillofacial Defects

目的:将前臂皮瓣、股前外侧皮瓣分别应用在口腔颌面部缺损患者的修复中,分析临床效果。方法:于2012年4月~2018年4月在某医院抽取50例口腔颌面部缺损患者,按照随机数字表法予以分组,每组纳入25例,股前外侧皮瓣修复治疗用于试验1组,前臂皮瓣修复治疗用于试验2组,统计两组指标。结果:试验2组皮瓣存活合计率、瘢痕增生例数、色素沉着例数、永久性功能障碍例数、暂时性功能障碍例数对比于试验1组,P<0.05。结论:在口腔颌面部缺损患者的修复中采取前臂皮瓣、股前外侧皮瓣均可获得良好效果。

Objective:The forearm flap and anterolateral thigh flap were used in the reconstruction of oral and maxillofacial defects,and the clinical effect was analyzed.Methods:50 patients with oral and maxillofacial defects in a hospital from April 2012 to April 2018 were studied in this paper.They were grouped according to the random number table method,and 25 patients were included in one group.The repair treatment of femoral anterolateral skin flap was used for trial 1 group,and the repair treatment of forearm skin flap was used for trial 2 groups,and two groups of indicators were counted.Results:Comparing with group 1,the total skin flap survival rate,number of scar hyperplasia,number of pigmentation,number of permanent dysfunction,and number of temporary dysfunction in the group 2,P<0.05.Conclusion:Forearm flap and anterolateral femoral flap can achieve good results in the reconstruction of oral and maxillofacial defects.
