人工关节置换与内固定术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy of Artificial Joint Replacement and Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fracture in Elderly Patients

目的:对比人工关节置换与内固定术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折临床疗效的差异性。方法:将114例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者随机分为A、B两组各57例,A组患者行人工关节置换术,B组患者行内固定术。记录两组患者手术时间、术中出血量和术后下地时间,并统计两组患者治疗总有效率和不良反应发生情况。结果:A组患者手术时间、术中出血量和术后下地时间均低于B组(P<0.05);A组治疗总有效率(94.74%)高于B组(78.95%),P<0.05;A组术后并发症发生率(7.02%)低于B组(21.05%),P<0.05。结论:人工关节置换治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折临床效果较好,可有效改善患者髋关节功能,降低术后并发症发生风险,具有临床推广价值。

Objective:To compare the differences of clinical efficacy of artificial arthroplasty and internal fixation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients. Methods:114 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures were randomly divided into two groups(A=57,B=57),and patients in group A received artificial joint replacement and patients in group B received internal fixation. The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative walking time were recorded in the two groups,and the total effective rate and adverse reactions were analyzed in the two groups. Results:In group A,the operation time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative walking time were lower than group B(P<0.05). The total effective rate in group A(94.74%) was higher than that in group B(78.95%),P<0.05. The rate of adverse reactions in group A(7.02%) was lower than that in group B(21.05%),P<0.05. Conclusion:The clinical effect of artificial joint replacement in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients is better,which can effectively improve the function of the hip joint,reduce the risk of postoperative complications,and have the clinical value of promotion.
