血清GP73、AFP及AFP-L3联合检测应用于原发性肝癌诊断中的价值分析

Value of Combined Detection of Serum GP73, AFP and AFP-L3 in the Diagnosis of Primary Liver Cancer

目的:分析血清高尔基体蛋白73(GP73)、甲胎蛋白异质体-L3(AFP-L3)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)联合检测应用于原发性肝癌患者诊断中的价值。方法:采集4组观察对象的血液标本进行血清GP73、AFP-L3、AFP检测,记录检测结果,分析各项血清指标对原发性肝癌的诊断价值。结果:在原发性肝癌诊断中,血清GP73灵敏度明显优于AFP-L3、AFP;三项指标联合检测的灵敏度明显优于各项指标单独检测。结论:血清标志物GP73、AFP-L3、AFP是临床诊断原发性肝癌的特异性指标,三项指标联合检测的灵敏度高,提高了对原发性肝癌的阳性诊断率,对病情的判定及下一步治疗方案的选择具有重要的指导意义。

Objective:To analyze the value of combined detection of serum Golgi protein 73(GP73),AFP-L3 and AFP in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer. Methods:Blood samples of four groups of patients were collected,serum GP73,AFP-L3,AFP indicators were detected,the test results were recorded,and the diagnostic value of various serum indicators for primary liver cancer was analyzed. Results:In the diagnosis of primary liver cancer,the sensitivity of serum GP73 was significantly higher than AFP-L3 and AFP;The indexes of combined detection of three indexes are more sensitive than the single detection. Conclusion:Serum markers GP73,AFP-L3 and AFP are specific indicators for the clinical diagnosis of primary liver cancer,the high sensitivity of the combined detection of the three indexes improves the positive diagnosis rate of primary liver cancer and has important guiding significance for the determination of the disease and the selection of the next treatment plan.
