手术切除具有癌变性状乳腺增生组织的临床作用分析

Clinical Analysis of Surgical Resection of Breast Hyperplasia with Cancerous Degeneration

目的:分析手术切除具有癌变性状乳腺增生组织的临床作用。方法:研究阶段为2015年1月~2018年1月,共纳入研究对象80例,均为具有癌变性状的乳腺增生组织患者,随机分为两组。对照组采用保守治疗,观察组采取手术切除治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果:对照组总有效率60.06%明显低于观察组总有效率82.5%,差异显著,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:具有癌性病变乳腺增生患者采用外科手术治疗比起化疗临床疗效明显,安全性高,患者不良反应少。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of surgical resection of breast hyperplasia with cancerous degeneration. Methods:80 subjects with breast hyperplasia with cancerous degeneration treated in a hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were included in the study and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received conservative treatment and the observation group was given surgical resection treatment,then the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate of the control group was 60.06%,which was significantly lower than that of the observation group(82.5%). The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Surgical treatment for patients with breast cancer with cancerous lesions is more effective than chemotherapy,with high safety and less adverse reactions.
