人工关节置换术治疗骨质疏松性不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折临床观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨人工关节置换术治疗骨质疏松性不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折(FIF)临床效果。方法:选择2015年2月~2018年4月就诊于我院的82例骨质疏松性FIF患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,各41例。对照组行股骨近端髓内钉术(PFNA),研究组行人工关节置换术(FHR),对比两组围术期相关指标、髋关节功能、术后并发症发生情况。结果:两组术中失血量、手术用时对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组髋关节功能恢复优良率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:FHR治疗骨质疏松性FIF患者可有效缩短住院时间,促进髋关节功能恢复,减少术后并发症的发生。 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of artificial joint replacement in the treatment of osteoporotic unstable femur intertrochanter fracture(FIF). Methods:82 patients with osteoporotic unstable FIF from February 2015 to April 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,with 41 patients in each group. Control group underwent proximal femoral nail antirotation(PFNA),study group underwent artificial formal head replacement(FHR). The perioperative related indexes,hip joint function and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results:There was no significant difference in intraoperative blood loss and operative time between the two groups(P>0.05);The length of stay in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The good rate of hip function recovery in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence rate of complications was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:FHR can effectively shorten the hospitalization time in the treatment of patients with osteoporotic unstable FIF,promoting the recovery of hip joint function and reducing the occurrence of postoperative complications in patients.
