集束化护理干预在静脉溶栓治疗中应用的效果观察

Effect Observation of Cluster Nursing Intervention in Intravenous Thrombolytic Therapy

目的:对集束化护理应用在脑梗死患者溶栓治疗中取得的临床效果进行分析,探究集束化护理对脑梗死患者治疗产生的影响。方法:选择某院2016年9月~2019年2月期间收治的100例脑梗死患者纳入本次研究之内,常规组50例患者接受常规基础护理干预,干预组50例患者接受集束化护理干预,对患者护理效果展开分析。结果:干预组患者的NIHSS评分、BI评分、护理满意度、总有效率明显优于常规组,不良反应发生率明显低于常规组,组间结果对比存有相应的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑梗死患者静脉溶栓治疗中应用集束化护理干预,可为患者赢得宝贵的治疗时间,可有效改善患者神经功能恢复、日常生活能力,有效地减轻患者、家属的精神压力,进而保障患者、家属满意度的提升,具有一定重要性,值得推广。

Objective:This paper mainly analyzed the clinical effect of cluster nursing in thrombolytic therapy of cerebral infarction patients,and explored the impact of cluster nursing in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods:100 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to a hospital from September 2016 to February 2019 were included in this study. 50 patients in the routine group received routine basic nursing intervention. 50 patients in the intervention group received cluster nursing intervention,and the nursing effect of patients was analyzed. Results:In this study,the NIHSS score,BI score,nursing satisfaction and total effective rate of the intervention group were significantly better than those of the routine group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the routine group. There was a corresponding statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:Cluster nursing intervention in intravenous thrombolytic therapy for cerebral infarction patients can gain valuable treatment time for patients,which can effectively improve the patients’ neurologic recovery,daily life ability,effectively relieve mental pressure of the patients,families,and guarantee the ascension of the patient and family satisfaction. It is of certain importance and worth popularizing.
