早期康复治疗对急性脑卒中患者运动功能恢复的作用

Effect of Early Rehabilitation Therapy on Motor Function Recovery in Patients with Acute Stroke

目的:观察分析早期康复治疗对急性脑卒中患者运动功能恢复的作用。方法:选取某院(在2017年3月~2018年1月)收治的60例急性脑卒中患者,按照不同治疗方法分为对照组(应用常规药物治疗方法)和观察组(在对照组基础上应用早期康复治疗方法),每组均为30例。采用统计学分析两组急性脑卒中患者治疗前后的上下肢运动功能评分(采用Fugl-Meyer评分)、日常生活活动能力评分(采用Barthel指数)。结果:两组急性脑卒中患者治疗前上下肢运动功能评分、日常生活活动能力评分比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组急性脑卒中患者治疗后上下肢运动功能评分、日常生活活动能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早期康复治疗对急性脑卒中患者运动功能恢复的作用显著。

Objective:To observe the effect of early rehabilitation on the recovery of motor function in patients with acute stroke. Methods:Sixty patients with acute stroke treated in a hospital from March 2017 to January 2018 were selected and divided into the control group(using conventional drug treatment) and the observation group(using early rehabilitation therapy on the basis of control group) according to different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group. Statistical analysis was performed on the scores of upper and lower extremity motor function before and after treatment(using Fugl-Meyer score) and activity scores of daily living(using Barthel index).Results:There was no significant difference in the scores of upper and lower extremity motor function and activity scores of daily living between the two groups in acute stroke patients before the treatment(P>0.05). The upper and lower extremity motor function scores and activity scores of daily living of acute stroke patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Early rehabilitation has a significant effect on motor function recovery in patients with acute stroke.
