分级护理在急性酒精中毒患者临床救治中的护理效果

Nursing Effect of Graded Nursing in Clinical Treatment of Patients with Acute Alcoholism

目的:总结分析分级护理在急性酒精中毒患者临救治中的应用效果。方法:选择2017年6月~2018年3月期间某院收治的70例急性酒精中毒患者为研究对象,根据护理方法不同分为观察组和对照组各35例。其中对照组应用常规护理方案,观察组应用分级护理方案,观察比较两组护理效果及护理满意度。结果:观察组临床救治总有效率94.29%明显高于对照组总有效率77.14%,且组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度评分(93.5±1.2)分明显高于对照组,不良事件发生率5.71%明显低于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在救治急性酒精中毒患者过程中应用分级护理的临床效果显著,值得推广使用。

Objective:To summarize and analyze the application effect of graded nursing in the treatment of patients with acute alcoholism. Methods:A total of 70 patients with acute alcoholism were treated in a hospital from June 2017 to March 2018 were selected. According to different nursing methods,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,35 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing program. The observation group was applied a graded nursing program. The nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared. Results:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 94.29%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.14%). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The score of the nursing satisfaction of the observation group(93.5±1.2) was significantly higher than the control group. And the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 5.71%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group. There was a statistically significant difference between groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical effect of grading nursing in the treatment of patients with acute alcoholism is significant and worthy of promotion.
