摘要
陀螺正常工作是船载雷达及时捕获目标、保证高跟踪精度的前提条件和保障。介绍了船载雷达陀螺仪的工作原理及其陀螺特性,结合设备故障和系统存在的隐患风险,对海上恶劣环境下陀螺供电保险丝熔断原因进行了深入分析。提出了解决陀螺供电系统的新方法以及保险丝可靠性检查维护的几点建议。通过对陀螺供电系统优化设计改造,有效提升了船载雷达陀螺供电系统的高可靠性,降低了风险隐患,对其他系统具有较强的借鉴意义。
Normal gyro operation is the prerequisite and guarantee for timely target capture by ship-borne radar and for high tracking accuracy.This paper introduced the working principle of the ship-borne radar gyro and its characteristics.Under consideration of equipment failure and the risk of hidden system troubles,it made a deep analysis on the causes of melting of gyro-powered fuses in severe sea environment,presented a new solution to the gyro power supply system,and made several proposals for the inspection and maintenance of fuse reliability.Optimization design and upgrading of the gyro power supply system achieved the purpose of effective improvement of the reliability of the ship-borne radar gyro power supply system as well as reduction of the risk of hidden hazards.The proposed approach could be a good reference for other systems.
