2016—2018年广州地区15家综合性医疗机构临床供血现状调查分析

Study on clinical blood supply in 15 general medical institutions in Guangzhou from 2016 to 2018

目的回顾分析近3年广州地区15家综合性医疗机构临床供血总体情况特点,预测供血情况发展趋势,为今后制定科学的血液管理策略提供依据。方法收集2016-2018年广州地区15家综合性医疗机构临床供血资料,以红细胞悬液、洗涤红细胞、机采血小板、手工分浓缩血小板等进行统计分析。结果三年来15家综合性医疗机构临床供应各类血液制品总计2 096 806.7 U,年均供应量698 935.5 U,占总供应量的71.77%(2 096 806.7/2 921 366.0);同2016年相比,2018年供应量占比下降0.39%;其中洗涤红细胞、机采血小板、手工分浓缩血小板等血液制品增长比例分别为7.78%、8.91%、249.42%。结论 2016-2018年广州地区15家综合性医疗机构临床供血量呈持续增长的发展态势,血液供应仍处于供需矛盾比较突出的时期,政府、采供血部门、医疗机构要共同做好血液的开源节流等工作,不断推动无偿献血的发展以及做好合理、安全、有效的血液保护工作,缓解血液供需矛盾。

Objective To analyze characteristics of clinical blood supply in 15 general medical institutions in Guangzhou for recent 3 years, predict the trend of blood supply, and provide evidence for scientific blood management strategies in the future. Methods The data of clinical blood supply of 15 general medical institutions in Guangzhou from 2016 to 2018 were collected, including red cells suspension, washed red blood cells, pheresis platelets and platelet concentrate. Results In the past three years, a total of 2 096 806.7 U of blood products were delivered to 15 general medical institutions, with a mean supply of 698 935.5 U annually, accounting for 71.77% of the total supply (2 096 806.7/2 921 366.0). Compared with 2016, the supply in 2018 decreased by 0.39%. The increased proportion of washed red blood cells, pheresis platelets and platelet concentrate were 7.78%, 8.91% and 249.42%, respectively. Conclusion Sustained increases of blood supply in 15 general medical institutions in Guangzhou for recent 3 years was observed. The imbalance of blood products supply and demand were still obvious now. The government, blood taking and supply agencies, medical institutions should cooperate to push the development of blood donation, make reasonable, safe and efficient blood works, and alleviate the contradiction between blood supply and demand.
