摘要
为了进一步优化灌缝密封胶的材料组成设计,改善其高低温性能,以SBS改性剂、橡胶粉、增塑剂和矿粉的掺量为变量进行正交试验设计,采用针入度、软化点、延度评价密封胶的技术性能,得出性能较优的密封胶材料初始配方;制备3种密封胶材料,并与美国品牌CRAFCO密封胶进行软化点、流动度、拉伸试验和低温弯曲流变试验对比,可知其技术性能基本接近;推荐性能优良的沥青路面灌缝密封胶材料组成配方:SBS掺量为5%,橡胶粉掺量为20%,增塑剂掺量为1%,矿粉掺量为3%。
In order to optimize the material composition design of the asphalt pavement sealant and improve its high and low temperature performance, the orthogonal test design was carried out with the amount of SBS modifier, rubber powder, plasticizer and mineral powder as the variables, and the technical properties of the sealant were evaluated by the penetration, softening point and ductility, and the initial formulation of the sealant with better performance was obtained. Three kinds of sealants were prepared and compared with the American CRAFCO sealant in softening point test, fluidity test, tensile test and low-temperature bending rheological test, and it was found that the technical properties were close. It is recommended that the asphalt pavement sealant with excellent performance is composed of 5% of SBS, 20% of rubber powder, 1% of plasticizer, and 3% of mineral powder.
