摘要
为了分析加铺层材料类型、裂缝宽度、加载频率、加载位置、加载应力比等因素对沥青加铺层抗反射裂缝性能的影响,通过建立水泥混凝土加铺沥青层的模型,采用MTS进行疲劳试验。试验结果表明:SBS沥青+PRM+土工格栅混合料的抗反射裂缝能力优于其他材料;裂缝宽度越小,加铺层混合料的抗反射裂缝能力越好;加载为偏荷载时,沥青加铺层的抗反射裂缝能力越好;当加载频率小于10Hz时,沥青加铺层的抗反射裂缝能力锐减;应力比越小,沥青加铺层的抗反射裂缝能力相对较好。
In order to analyze the influence of factors such as the type of coating material, crack width, loading frequency, loading position and stress ratio on the anti-reflective cracking performance of asphalt overlay, the fatigue test was conducted using MTS by establishing a model of overlaying cement concrete with asphalt. The results show that: the anti-reflective cracking ability of the combination of SBS, PRM and geogrid is better than that of other materials;the smaller the crack width, the better the anti-reflective cracking ability of the asphalt overlay;when loading as a partial load, the anti-reflective cracking ability of the asphalt overlay is better;when the loading frequency is less than 10 Hz, the anti-reflective cracking ability is sharply reduced;the smaller the stress ratio, the better the anti-reflective cracking ability.
