摘要
为探究不同施工工艺下半柔性路面的灌浆饱满度、防水性与抗水损害能力,通过室内试验测定不同空隙率、不同堆浆时间条件下的半柔性路面材料的性能。结果表明:空隙率越大、堆浆时间越长的半柔性路面材料灌浆越饱满;空隙率低于26%时,半柔性路面无法满足防水性与抗水损害性能的要求,空隙率在26%左右时也要保证堆浆时间在2min左右;若要达到良好的饱满度与抗水损害性能,设计空隙率不应小于26%,堆浆时间要长于2min。
In order to explore the grouting fullness, water resistance and water damage resistance of semi-flexible pavement under different construction technologies, the performance of semi-flexible pavement materials under the conditions of different void ratios and different stacking time was determined by laboratory tests. The results show that the semi-flexible pavement material with bigger void ratio and longer stacking time is fuller with grouting;when the void ratio is lower than 26%, the semi-flexible pavement cannot meet the requirements of water resistance and water damage resistance, and when the void ratio is about 26%, the stacking time should be about 2 min;to achieve good grouting fullness and water damage resistance, the designed void ratio should not be less than 26%, and the stacking time should be longer than 2 min.
