桥门式起重机报警装置和警示音响信号的检验探讨

Discussion on Inspection of Alarm Device and Warning Sound Signal for Bridge Gantry Crane

起重机检验中,不少检验人员对起重机“报警装置”和“警示音响信号”的检验存在较大的争议和困惑。文中主要以起重机检验规则、国家标准、行业标准等相关条款的要求为依据,分别对桥门式起重机“报警装置”和“警示音响信号”的设置要求和区别进行详细、系统地分析,并对“跟随式操作”的概念进行具体地解析,最后提出检验的相关意见及建议。

In crane inspection,many inspectors have great disputes and confusion on the inspection of crane "alarm device" and "warning sound signal".Based on the requirements of crane inspection rules,national standards,occupation standards and so on relevant provisions,this paper makes a detailed and systematic analysis of the setting requirements and differences of "alarm device" and "warning sound signal" for gantry cranes,and analyzes the concept of "follow-up operation" concretely.Finally,some suggestions and proposal for inspection are put forward.
