基于树莓派研制小型无线温升监控装置

摘要 多点温升检测设备由于需要长时间记录温升数值并进行存储,且能够随时查看,需要配备显示器,因此体积较大,且受电源限制,灵活性不强。同时由于温升监控设备不具备远程报警功能,长时间的温升试验需要检验员跟踪监控,耗时耗力。文中从远程温升监控的需求入手,通过树莓派与MAX6675测温模块配合,基于微信小程序平台,实现了多点温升无线监控的功能。设备体积小、功耗低,方便试验布置与查看。 Multi-point temperature-rise detection equipment is large in size and limited by power supply due to the long time required to record temperature rise values and store them and can be viewed at any time.At the same time,since the temperature rise monitoring equipment does not have the function of remote alarm,the long-time temperature rise test needs inspectors to track and monitor,which is time-consuming.Starting from the demand of remote temperature rise monitoring,this paper realizes the wireless monitoring function of multipoint temperature rise by cooperating with MAX6675 temperature measurement module and WeChat small program platform.The equipment has small size,low power consumption,convenient to test layout and check.
